The following details will help to direct you to the right person for your enquiry.

We place a High Priority on giving our valued customers a good quality service.

Michele Marshall - Manager

On most weeks Michele is based at her office in Sawbridgeworth from 9am - 5pm on tuesday, wednesday and thursday, and from 11am - 3pm on saturdays. Any matters relating to problems you are having with our service should be directed to Michele who will seek to resolve them at the earliest opportunity.

General suppliers applications should also go direct to Michele.

Accounts - Office Manager

Queries concerning accounts should in the first instance be directed to Michele who will hopefully resolve any problems you may have. If you wish to set up a Partnership Account and are seeking a Church / Organisation discount please ask Michele who will be pleased to help you.

General enquiries & Orders

These should be directed to the shop where our helpful and friendly staff will be only too pleased to help you.

We offer customers a 48hour ordering structure for most Christian books currently in print and we can also send books via Mail Order with invoice attached should you not be able to get into the shop.
